1. Who we are

moonketing is a trading name of APSIS DIGITAL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17448392, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

2. What data we collect

We only collect the data you send us through the contact form on this website:

• your full name and company name;
• your work email address and, if you choose to share them, your Telegram username or phone number;
• the content of your message.

When you visit the website or submit the form, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and request time to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. We use your IP address for a short time to limit repeated form submissions.

If you become a client, we process business contact details and project information under our service agreement with you.

3. How and why we use it

• To reply to your request and discuss a possible project. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• To protect the website and the form from spam and abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping our systems secure.
• To meet legal obligations, such as accounting and tax records for clients.

We do not sell your data, use it for automated decision-making or send you marketing mailings.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this website, runs the contact form, provides DNS and delivers all website traffic through its network (CDN and security);
• Telegram, the messaging service our team uses to receive form submissions;
• Proton AG (Switzerland), which provides our email.

Some of these providers process data outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States, Switzerland and other countries where their infrastructure is located. Where a transfer is not covered by UK adequacy regulations, we rely on the provider's contractual safeguards where available and share only the data needed to handle your request. We may also disclose data where required by law.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months of our last contact. Client records are kept for as long as the contract lasts and then for up to 6 years to meet legal and accounting requirements.

6. Cookies

This website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising and does not use tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from our own domain. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the website from attacks and bots.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email legal@moonketing.io. We reply within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
